What do you need to know about the rules in Texas hold'em in the first place?

    All actions in poker occur in a clockwise direction. For example, the transition of the rank of the button (dealer) and the blinds in each round. Betting also goes strictly in a circle.

    In order for each round of the pot to contain some chips, there are so-called mandatory bets: small and big blinds. On each round, the blinds are shifted clockwise. The blind is the lowest possible bet in a particular poker room.

    The winner is the player who has the strongest poker hand or the one who made a bet that no one supported. In this case, the player automatically takes the pot even without opening the cards.
    There are 10 poker combinations in total. You can collect a combination of 2 personal pocket cards and 5 community cards.

Trading in Texas hold'em

At each stage, there is one or more rounds of trading. Each player can make a bet, fold, bet nothing or even the bet. All these actions are the same at each stage.

For example, if someone made a bet, then you must support it, otherwise you will have to fold and drop out of this round. If the player has put everything (all-in), then he has no right to bet. If it is leveled, the game will continue only for those who still have the means to raise the stakes. The one who put everything will just wait for the end of the round, or rather the showdown.

The game is divided strictly into 4 stages.

1. Preflop

At this stage, the blinds (big and small) make mandatory blind bets. After that, each player is dealt two pocket cards face up (of course the player knows his cards).

Begins the betting round. Often, after the first round, half of the players are eliminated, even if the minimum bet is equal to one big blind. There can be a lot of trading circles if players constantly increase the bet. In the end, only those who made and supported all bets remain in the game.

2. Flop

At this stage, three common cards are laid out. And starts the betting round. Since the player already knows 5/7 of all the cards from which you can make a combination, much becomes clear. Most often, at this stage, already decent bets are made.

The players who supported all bets remain in the draw.

3. Sloe

The fourth common card is laid out. Usually this stage is fast and players do not make large bets or Vice versa go all-in. But most often everyone waits for the last card. If someone made a VA-Bank, the chances that someone will support it is not very large.

4. River

The fifth card is laid out and all players about themselves already know what they claim. Psychology plays a strong role here. To understand what your opponents have, how big your chances are, whether it is worth pushing and raising the rate-there are a lot of nuances. Knowledge of poker mathematics can have a big impact here.

As already mentioned earlier, if there were those players who supported all bets and reached the end, the winner is determined by opening the cards. As practice shows, the showdown does not happen so often.

There are many strategies for this type of poker, but 100% universal does not exist. To win in poker you need first of all experience and skill, which is acquired over many hours of play. A lot depends on the type of game opponents. Against certain players it is worth playing absolutely differently. That is, if you win against some players, you will lose against others on the contrary. This is what is interesting about poker.
